This week is Maternal Mental Health Week, as promoted by the Maternal Mental Health Coalition.
In case you haven’t heard of it, Maternal Mental Health Week is all about talking and bringing awareness to the topic and the signs that mothers, fathers and partners should all be aware of, and for them to know when to ask for help.
